冠军蓄电池常用连接方式
冠军蓄电池广泛应用在比如UPS电源,EPS电源,直流屏,太阳能路灯等等!下面给大家简单讲诉一下冠军蓄电池是怎么来连接UPS电源的!
1、首先,头脑要清晰,安装环境要清净,人要少,不要有心事,连接方案要清楚,安装时手机建议关掉,不与客户聊天,更不能边安装边回答充满好奇心的客户喋喋不休的一连串的问题,这样会分神,很容易出事;


2、冠军蓄电池上架前要进行物理检查,并测量开路电压,以免返工;连接线的一端与电池相连时,另一端应进行绝缘保护或握在手心,防止搭到不该搭的地方,造成打火;


3、连接线的一端已接好,另一端再连接时应轻轻点一下要连接的极柱,即使连错了也只是在极柱上和连线上打一点火而已,不至于酿成大祸;或测量要连接的两点的压差,为零则可以连接;


4、两人同时连接时,对应的冠军蓄电池组应无连接或电位关系。因为两人为同电位(或随时变成同电位,如同时接触电池架),各自连接的电池如存在电位差,则电池和二人形成回路,可能发生电击事故;


5、电池组串联完毕后,冠军蓄电池组的总正和总负之间电压比较高,在向MCCB(电池开关)连接时,每根线都应先连到MCCB,再连到对应的电池端;或在电池组中留一断点,完成MCCB与UPS蓄电池组的连接后再连接断点;对于多组并联的电池组,应每一组都留断头,并在MCCB端连接后分别用万用表检测极性再将断头连接。

(1)密度法
(1) density method
密度法主要通过测量蓄电池电解液的密度来估算蓄电池的内阻,常用于开口式铅酸电池的内阻测量,不适合密封铅酸蓄电池的内阻测量。该方法的适用范围窄。

直流放电法就是通过对电池进行瞬间大电流放电,测量电池上的瞬间电压降,通过欧姆定律计算出电池内阻。虽然这种方法在实践中也得到了广泛的应用,但是它也存在一些缺点。如用该方法对蓄电池内阻进行检测必须是在静态或是脱机状态下进行,无法实现在线测量。而且大电流放电会对蓄电池造成较大的损害,从而影响蓄电池的容量及寿命。
